HK – Action Code

10JUL – Retention date (the PNR will remain active till this date)

How to keep a PNR active (Retention Line)
Enter an Air Retention Line in Amadeus: To keep a PNR active in the Amadeus system, you can add a retention element to the PNR using the RT (Retention Time) command. The retention element will specify the number of days the PNR should be retained, as well as the reason for retention and the office ID of the travel agency or airline.
