AMADEUS ERROR MESSAGE – YOUR ACCOUNT IS TEMPORARY LOCKED: If you or someone else has attempted to log in to your account multiple times with incorrect login details, your account may have been locked for security reasons. In this case, you should wait for a specified amount of time and then try again later with the correct login details.
Amadeus detects any suspicious activity in your account, such as unusual login patterns or unusual booking behavior, your account may be locked. In this case, you should contact Amadeus customer service immediately to unlock your account.
Sometimes, Amadeus may temporarily lock accounts for maintenance purposes. In this case, you should wait for the specified amount of time and then try again later.

You will get the following error while attempting to login in to Selling Platform Connect and using the wrong password too frequently:

AMADEUS ERROR MESSAGE – YOUR ACCOUNT IS TEMPORARY LOCKED. PLEASE RETRY LATER
If you enter a wrong password when you sign in to Selling Platform Connect, you will receive the following error message: Authentication failed. Please check your credentials and try again. (2026322)
Go to https://sellingplatformconnect.amadeus.com.
Verify your username and password to avoid being momentarily locked out.
Please take note that case affects the credentials.
To reset your password if you’ve forgotten it, click the Forgot your password? button.
Your account will be temporarily disabled for 30 minutes and the following error notice will appear if you have repeatedly entered the incorrect password:
Your account is temporary locked: please retry later. (2016256)
In this case:
- Wait for at least 30 minutes, if you can. Your account will be unlocked and available for use once that period has passed.
- If you are unable to wait that long, request account unlocking from your local security administrator or get in touch with Amadeus Support.
